In a swift and dramatic development, all ministers of the over two year old Krishna ministry today submitted their resignations en masse to strengthen the hands of the Chief Minister. Following a suggestion by senior minister K.H. Ranganath after an informal discussion at the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the ministers decided to put in their papers.
