Centre’s "unofficial’’ emissary on Kashmir — the Hurriyat
Conference today said it was ready to hold talks only with
"anyone having direct access to the Prime Minister’’ for
finding a "lasting and permanent solution’’ to the lingering
Kashmir issue.
