Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Haryana and west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: They were above normal in Haryana and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of January 14: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of January 14: Mainly clear sky. Strong surface winds during day time. Minimum temperature will be around 11°C.
