Monsoon further withdraws


New Delhi, September 20
Southwest monsoon has further withdrawn from the remaining parts of Himachal Pradesh, most parts of Uttaranchal and parts of west Uttar Pradesh. Withdrawal line passes through Mukteshwar, Bareilly, Gwalior, Kota, Ahmedabad and Porbandar.

Forecast valid until the morning of September 22: Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and southeast Rajasthan.
