CBI chargesheets Sikkim's ex-CM

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a charge sheet against former Chief Minister of Sikkim Nar Bahadur Bhandari for amassing movable and immovable assets worth over Rs 1.08 crore during his tenure between January 1, 1985 and May 17, 1994. Bureau sources said on Friday that investigation revealed a large part of the assets was disproportionate to his known sources of income. UNI
