Monsoon has been vigorous in east Rajasthan.

Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan at a few places in Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm. are: Haryana: Rewari 4, Himachal Pradesh: Kahu 4, Nahan 3 and Kasol 2, Rajasthan: Sangod 29, Kota 25, Bilaspur Dam 23, Piplda, Regod and Verdha 22 each, Bundi and Ladpura 20 each, Bhainsrodgarh and Darra 18 each, Mandana 17, Ramganj Mandi and Sawai Madhopur 14 each, Bara 13, Oria 10, Khandar, Tonk and Todaraisingh 9 each, Aligarh, Deoli and Nagarkot 8 each, Begu, Chittorgarh, Ghambhiri Bandh and Lalsot 7 each, Gangrar, Nimbahera and Rohuwas 6 each, Badesar 5, Ajmer and Piploo 4 each, Malpura 3, Niwai and Udaipur AP 2 and Jaipur AP 1 Uttar Pradesh: Jhansi 8, Jaunpur 5, Banda and Dalmau 3 each, Ghazipur 2 and Chhatnag 1 and Uttaranchal: Dehra Dun 3 and Uttarkashi 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of July 4 : Rain or thundershowers will occur at most places in south Rajasthan and at a few places in the rest of the region.

Heavy rain warning: Heavy rain is likely at a few places with very heavy rain at isolated places in south Rajasthan during the next 48 hours.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi: Forecast valid until the morning of July 4. Light to moderate rain will occur at a few places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
