Rain likely in Punjab, Haryana New Delhi, May 10 Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures rose markedly in East Uttar Pradesh, rose appreciably in Punjab, rose in Himachal Pradesh, West Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, fell in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region.
