Kohima, April 25
A self-styled commander of the United People’s Democratic Solidarity (UPDS), a militant outfit operating in Assam’s Karbi Anglong district, has been killed under unusual circumstances at Dimapur while fleeing from custody of security forces, the police said today. PTI
