Night temperatures fell in Himachal and changed little elsewhere. These were markedly below normal in Punjab and Himachal and below normal in Haryana. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.0° C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast: Light to moderate rain or snow is likely to occur at isolated places in Himachal. Mainly sunny days are likely in Haryana and Punjab.
