Manali bar members to take up urgent matters only

Members of Manali Bar Association will abstain from their appearance, except urgent matters in the court of Civil Judge Manali and other courts in the wake of COVID-19 epidemic.

Chhavinder Thakur, President of Manali Bar Association, said a meeting of the association was held to discuss over the issue here in Manali.

“A resolution was passed in this regard, in which it was decided to abstain appearance of members in the court of Civil Judge Manali and other courts, except urgent matters till March 31. Copies of the Resolution have been forwarded to District and Session Judge Kullu, SDM Manali, and Tehsildar Manali” he added.
