Appointment letters given to 10 promoted head teachers

District Education Officer (DEO), Hoshiarpur, Kamaldeep Kaur has issued 10 appointment letters to teachers promoted as head teachers at the District Education Office. Deputy District Education Officer Sukhwinder Singh was also present with him on the occasion.
The DEO congratulated the promoted teachers and encouraged them to work diligently for the betterment of education in the district. The DEO also emphasised the importance of their new role in leading schools and guiding teachers to achieve academic excellence.
The newly promoted head teachers have been tasked with increasing enrolment in their respective schools. The DEO has set a target to enhance student enrollment and improve the overall performance of schools.
The head teachers have been instructed to conduct door-to-door surveys, identify out-of-school children and persuade parents to enrol their children in schools. They will also liaise with village leaders, community members, and local organisations to spread awareness about the importance of education. The initiative aims to increase student enrolment, reduce dropout rates, and improve the overall standard of education in the district.
The head teachers are committed to achieving these goals and making a positive impact on the education sector. The appointment letters were issued after a thorough process of selection and approval by the Education Department.
