Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli has asserted that their party would win all four Assembly seats in Rohtak district in the next elections.

He said this after visiting the Assembly constituencies in connection with the party’s membership drive on Wednesday.

“We lost all four Assembly seats in Rohtak district this time, but we have not lost hope. Our party workers are strengthening the organisation by connecting with people. The BJP is the only party that contests and wins elections on the basis of organisation, ideology and workers at the grassroots level,” said Badoli.

Talking to reporters at Rohtak, Badoli remarked that the farmers should go to Delhi. “Delhi belongs to farmers. They should go to Delhi,” he said on being asked about the agitating farmers’ move to go to Delhi.

Targeting the Congress, the BJP leader said the confidence of the Congress had shaken, pointing out that whenever the Congress loses elections, it blames the EVMs.

The state BJP president held meetings with party workers during his stay in Garhi Sampla-Kiloi, Meham, Kalanaur and Rohtak Assembly segments of Rohtak district today.

Reviewing the membership drive, he called upon the party workers to complete the targets assigned to them.

The BJP leader felicitated the top 10 workers as part of the membership campaign.

“We have got a great success in the 2024 elections and the BJP government has been formed for the third time in the state, but our best is yet to come,” he stated.

Badoli maintained that the booths where the BJP lost needed special attention.

“The ongoing membership campaign is an opportunity for us to strengthen every weak booth and strengthen the party where it is not strong. We have to move forward with the goal that our ideology reaches every section of society,” he added.

Former Haryana minister Manish Grover and former Rohtak Mayor Manmohan Goel also addressed the workers.
