THE movement of vehicles without proper headlamps and tail lights has emerged as a kind of danger to other vehicles or commuters during night. As the winter season sees heavy fog, commuters are prone to accidents due to non-visibility of the vehicles moving without proper lighting on the road. With many accidents taking place due to vehicles crashing into heavy vehicles like tractors and trucks, it is mainly due to the fact that these vehicles have no tail lights and are parked or are moving at slow speed on the roads and the highways. There is need of putting reflectors on vehicles during the winter season.
