WHEN entering Gurugram from any direction, one can spot numerous trucks dangerously parked along the roadside, occupying significant road space and posing a serious hazard to vehicles approaching from behind. The traffic police should issue challans to such vehicles and ensure that they remain in their designated lanes, leaving other lanes clear for cars and two-wheelers. —Ramesh Gupta, Gurugram
