THERE are no dustbins along the Circular road in Shimla. Due to this, people are throwing garbage, especially plastic bottles and wrappers of eatables, in open areas. STONES are falling from the hill near the fruit market in Bhatta Kuffar due to the rains, leaving arthiyas and orchardists worried. This matter needs to be dealt with immediately or else it could lead to landslides in the coming days.
