THE road to Mall Road from Cart Road via the sabzi mandi is quite narrow, and haphazard parking of vehicles, a common practice here, make it even more congested. Vehicles are parked on both sides of the road here, leaving not even enough space for pedestrians to pass through. The authorities concerned should ensure that vehicles are not parked on the sides of this road. Rekha, Shimla

Overcrowded buses in Shimla

MOST buses that ply in Shimla are overcrowded. Due to this, passengers, especially senior citizens, have to face a lot of inconvenience. Online payment troubles in govt buses

DESPITE the state government starting the online payment option in government buses, many conductors refuse to take payments through this mode.
