FOR the convenience of the pedestrians, stairs had been built to connect Sector 3 of New Shimla with the BCS area. Unfortunately, some of these stairs are in a bad shape. The old Kota stones were removed by the contractor almost two months ago. However, no further work has been done. The authorities must fix a timeline for contractors to finish the work while inviting tenders.

THE streetlights on the Chhota Shimla-Mall Road strech are not working. Due to this, people commuting on the road, especially during the night, have to face a lot of inconvenience. The authorities concerned are requested to make sure that these streetlights work properly.

THE government should start direct bus services between Delhi and Nerwa. Due to the lack of direct bus services, people have to face a lot of inconvenience as they have to frequently change buses. We request the government to start direct bus services between Nerwa and Delhi.
