The week-long ‘Rangla Punjab’ programme started at the iconic building of Khalsa College here on Friday. Sukhwinder Singh, the famous playback singer of Bollywood, mesmerised audience with his inimitable singing style.

The programme would see various activities highlighting the rich Punjabi culture aimed for promotion of tourism.

Tourism and Culture Affairs Minister Anmol Gagan Mann, who was supposed to inaugurate the programme, did not make it to the venue. Earlier, Chief Minister Bhagwant man had withdrawn from inaugurating the programme due to a prior personal engagement.
