Victoria Public School, Ludhiana
The school, in collaboration with HPS Eye Hospital, conducted a three-day eye camp offering free eye check-ups and consultations to students, staff, and members of the surrounding community. A dedicated team of ophthalmologists and optometrists from HPS Eye Hospital, led by Dr Harminder Singh, conducted comprehensive eye examinations and provided personalised advice on eye care. The camp received an overwhelmingly positive response, benefiting over 1,370 individuals. The participants appreciated the high-quality, accessible care provided by the hospital team. Principal Bipan Sethi expressed his gratitude to the hospital for their invaluable support. Chairman Prof SP Sofat and president Sanjay Dhand also expressed their vision of organising more such camps in future, emphasising the school’s commitment to promoting health awareness and community well-being.The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks to the hospital team and volunteers. The participants shared positive feedback, commending the school for its efforts to create a holistic learning environment.
