Two from Ludhiana attend radiographers’ meet in Andhra Pradesh
The 16th National Conference of the Indian Society of Radiographers and Technologists (NCISRT) was held in Visakhapatnam recently.
Sam Cherian from the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Joy Anzer Hamid from the Christian Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) and a few others from Jalandhar and Mohali participated in the conference as delegates from the Punjab chapter of the Indian Society of Radiographers and Technologists.
The event was organised by the ISRT’s Andhra Pradesh and Telangana chapters in collaboration with the ISRT Visakhapatnam Academic Club.
As South Asia’s largest conference dedicated to radiographers and radiological technologists, it provided a platform for knowledge exchange and professional development.
The Punjab delegation, comprising experienced radiographers and technologists, actively engaged in various sessions, workshops and discussions. Their contributions highlighted the evolving role of radiographers in healthcare, emphasising the importance of continuous education and skill enhancement in an ever-changing medical landscape.
