Video: Bihar man walks into hospital with venomous snake after bite, holding it by neck
A man in Bihar's Bhagalpur was bitten by one of the most venomous snakes in the world, Russell's viper. Know his guts, for what he next did was unbelievable.
Prakash Mandal caught the snake by its mouth, wrapped it around his neck and went to the hospital.
He took the snake along with him, perhaps, so that the doctors knew exactly what treatment to be given to him.
The doctors and patients around were shocked to see him walk into the emergency ward holding the snake and requesting urgent treatment.
People recorded the bizarre scene in the hospital and most of them stood at a distance from the man, in fear for their lives, praying that the reptile does not slip off the man's hand.

A video also showed a man escorting Prakash to a secluded area to ensure everyone’s safety. Prakash Mandal then laid on the floor and held the snake tightly with his right hand.
Another video showed him lying on a stretcher with the snake. Even in pain he made sure that he held the snake tight and does not slip from his hand.
However, for the doctors it was difficult to treat him with the snake in his hand, which he finally let go.
Russell's Viper is a highly venomous terrestrial snake.
