Patna University circular with numerous grammatical errors goes viral, cerebrals find fault with merits of institution

An instructive circular from Patna University is doing the rounds on social media for its wide of the mark English language usage. The circular has been laid out by University’s Chemistry department which has asked all PhD research scholars to mark their attendance in register.
The circular has been shared by Sanjay Kumar, the secretary of youth affairs in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. “here is a notice issued by a head of department of patna university.the grammar and syntax used is appalling for a professor.whatever it may be,carelessness or incompetence,conveys the state of our higher education.@BiharEducation @VijayKChy @DipakKrIAS,” the caption of the post reads.

With numerous grammatical errors, the circular is being widely lambasted for sheer ‘carelessness’ and ‘incompetence’. Netizens are, in fact, questioning poor state of education in Bihar.
