The excitement around Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati Tour skyrocketed as tickets vanished within minutes of going live, leaving many fans empty-handed. While social media buzzed with complaints about the steep ticket prices, comedian and influencer Saloni Gaur chimed in with a hilarious video, playfully roasting those complaining about the cost of concert tickets.

In the video that quickly went viral, Saloni played both sides of the debate. One version of herself advised viewers to “spend money wisely,” criticising today’s generation for splurging on Rs 10,000 concert tickets just to watch a singer from what she joked would be a faraway seat.

“Even if you get tickets, he’ll look like an ant from where you’ll be sitting,” she quipped in Hindi.

Instead of spending big on concert tickets, Saloni suggested that fans should consider buying a Rs 10,000 pair of shoes and enjoying the music from home—where they could freely eat and drink, poking fun at the restrictive concert rules. She also humorously pointed the potential headaches of attending concerts, asking why anyone would want to deal with the hassle.

On the flip side, the other Saloni, a concert supporter, asked her, “Aapko nahi mila na ticket. Sold out hogaya na (You didn’t get ticket, right? It was sold out, right?).” She replied, “Nahi aisa nahi hai. Mil jata mujhe but maine try nahi kiya (No, it’s not that. I would have got, but I didn’t try).”

The banter took a surprising turn when the Saloni said she had an extra ticket. The other Saloni screamed out, “What!” The video ended with Saloni smiling and wiping away tears as Harrdy Sandhu’s song ‘Joker’ played in the background. She captioned the post, ‘Itna bhi kuch miss nahi ho jayega (I won’t miss much) (smiling with tear emoji).”
