Ahmedabad Coldplay concert announcement triggers surge in hotel prices
The excitement surrounding Coldplay’s upcoming concert at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium on January 25, 2025, is driving hotel prices through the roof. Since the British band announced the show, hotel room rates in the city have skyrocketed, with some rooms now priced over Rs 50,000 per night around the concert dates.
Following performances in Mumbai on January 18, 19 and 21, the Ahmedabad show is expected to attract thousands of fans. As demand surges, many people are taking to social media — especially X (formerly Twitter) — to share their shock at the price hikes.
