The TiE Global Summit held at Hyatt Regency here on Tuesday offered a plethora of opportunities for the entrepreneurs to rub shoulders with the leadership of TiE Global, the world’s largest entrepreneurial spectacle by far.

In a novel initiative, TiE announced ‘Sponsors’ Awards’ during the gala event to acknowledge and honour the unwavering support of the patrons and promoters. The key sponsors and partners, whose backing had been vital to the innumerable TiE initiatives, were honoured during the event.

Shedding light on the incredible 52-day journey, Chandigarh Chapter TiE President Satish Arora, on the occasion said that this brief journey had been incredible, during which 12 events were organised and more than 50 new members were enrolled. He also apprised the members in attendance about the progress, vision of TIE Chandigarh and the strides it made during its short spell of time, adding that the Chapter was a home to startups.

Ahead of the 2024 TiE Global Summit slated to take place from December 9-12 in Bengaluru, the Chandigarh event came with a slew of insights and opportunities for the entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders in the city and elsewhere. The prestigious gala event is expected to attract a number of participants ranging between 25,000 and more from across the globe, adding to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The panel discussion featured Amit Tewari, Ajay Tewari, Harit Mohan and Jashinder Bir Singh, Madan Padaki, Paramdeep Singh Anand, Rahul Layal and Robin Aggarwal, Sameer Jain, Sameer Bindra, Sri Prakash and Vishal Sharma. The insightful panel discussions revolved around TiE Chandigarh, the legacy, innovations, echo system growth and PR and branding, et al playing a pivotal role in the scheme of things.
