Three booked for ‘killing’ woman in Yamunanagar

The police have registered a case against three persons for their alleged involvement in the murder of a woman in Yamunanagar.

The accused have been identified as Amit Kumar, alias Danny, of Pinjaura village, Abhishek, alias Suraj, of Pinjaura village and Armaan Singh of Bilaspur town.

In his complaint, Suresh Pal of Pinjaura village told the police that his wife Gulzar Kaur (50) and his daughter-in-law Sonia Devi were at their home around 9.30 pm on Sunday, when the accused came outside their house in an inebriated condition.

“When my wife went outside, the three of them attacked her with bricks, due to which she was seriously injured and died later,” said Suresh. On his complaint, a case was registered on Monday.
