The three-day event showcased the flourishing real estate market in the tricity region. The exhibition, held at the Sector 34 open ground, attracted serious homebuyers, investors and industry professionals. It was a dynamic platform for real estate developers, banks and allied industries.

The expo, organised by The Tribune, has been instrumental in bringing together major players in the real estate industry. With an array of choices ranging from mid-range to luxury projects, the region has witnessed a surge in serious developers entering the market, catering to the diverse needs of consumers.

Naman Rana, a visitor at expo, shared, “The expo has been an eye-opener. The diverse range of real estate options and the chance to interact directly with developers have made my property search much more informed. It is not just an exhibition, it is a window into the evolving landscape of housing in the tricity region.”

Notable exhibitors at the expo included Hampton Sky Realty Ltd, Divine Home, Orbit, Janta Land Promoters Ltd, Das Associates, Omaxe Group, PCL Housing, AIPL, Royal Estate, Bhutani Infra, Tara Devi’s Enclave, EL Spazia, Escon Primera, Manohar Infrastructure, The Zirk, DDA Delhi Mall Complex, Forest Hill Resort, Family Nest, Credai Punjab and esteemed banks like Canara Bank, IDBI Bank and SBI, offering housing finance options to prospective buyers.

On the concluding day, Royal Estate reported increased investor interest and a surge in plotting residential inquiries, with more than 60 walk-ins. AIPL, participating for the first time, successfully carved its niche in the tricity, attracting over 60 walk-ins for both residential and commercial projects across Punjab.

Tara Devi’s Enclave, focusing on Shimla residential projects, received an overwhelming response with over 80 walk-ins, reflecting the growing interest in hill station properties. Das Associates reported more than 200 walk-ins for their New Chandigarh project, emphasising a preference for plotted developments.

Forest Hill Resort, specialising in farmhouse and villa projects, attracted 8-10 queries for site visits. The resort, sprawling on 2,000 acres, offers a continuous land parcel featuring resorts, a golf course, biking trails, trekking options and eco-tourism initiatives.

The concluding day not only witnessed successful interactions between exhibitors and visitors, but also highlighted the shifting trends in consumer preferences towards plotting and unique real estate offerings. As The Tribune Real Estate Expo 2024 wrapped up, it left an indelible mark on the real estate landscape, serving as a catalyst for growth, innovation and collaboration in the tricity region.
