Sukhu: Results of exams conducted by dissolved HPSSC to be out soon

The process to declare the results of the examinations conducted by the dissolved Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission would start soon and a foolproof system was being devised for the selection of candidates by the newly-constituted Rajaya Chayan Aayog.
Chief Mnister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said this while interacting with mediapersons on the sidelines of the ‘Sarkar Gaon Ke Dwar’ programme at Kanjiyan in the Bhoranj Assembly constituency today. He alleged that the question papers and answers keys were sold during the BJP regime and merit was ignored in the selection of candidates. He claimed that the selection process now could be slow, but not corrupt.
Earlier, while addressing a public meeting, the Chief Minister said that people should understand the real face of the BJP as it always sold interests of the state and its people. He said the BJP compromised on the royalty of hydropower projects and the state could have generated huge revenue from these projects.
He said the BJP left the state with Rs 86,000 crore loan and the BJP leaders never supported the move to declare monsoon disaster as the national disaster to help people. He said that state government had submitted a claim of Rs 10,000 crore to the Union Government but the Centre was not releasing it. He said the Centre might release this fund near Lok Sabha elections to get the political benefit from this gesture.
The CM also inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of 12 projects worth Rs 150 crore in the Bhoranj constituency. These included the Rs 45.51 crore Lagwalti Bamsan drinking water scheme, Sameerpur-Matlana Bhuana road constructed at a cost of Rs 8.34 crore, new building of the Bhoranj hospital constructed at a cost of Rs 11.49 crore and a new building of the office of the Executive Engineer of the PWD at Rs 2.06 crore.
The foundation stones were laid for the Maliyan Sadharyan lift drinking water scheme, Rajiv Gandhi Green Industry Area, Sammu Tal bus stand, inspection cottage of the Jal Shakti Department, building and residence of the Executive Engineer of the Jal Shakti Department, beautification of a pond at Sammu Tal and a Rajiv Gandhi Day Boarding School at Karah in Bhoranj.
