As an actor, do you feel the pressure to look a certain way?

I actually don’t see it as pressure. Instead, I view staying fit as a responsibility. Health and well-being are important for everyone, not just actors. So, I approach fitness as something essential for my overall health, which helps me feel my best, both on and off the screen.

What do you do on days you are busy?

On hectic days, I ensure my food intake is correct. I try to balance it out by being mindful of what I eat, even if I miss a workout.

What is your typical workout routine like?

I usually go to the gym and when I’m home, I practice yoga. I aim to work-out at least five times a week to stay consistent.

Do you feel that a fitness routine impacts your energy and well-being?

Definitely. Fitness has a huge impact on my energy levels and overall sense of well-being. I feel that regular exercise boosts my energy significantly and has a positive effect on my mental and physical health. In my view, fitness is important for everyone, regardless of their profession, because of the energy and clarity it brings.

What keeps you motivated to stay fit?

The feeling you get once you’re in shape is incredible and acts as a great motivator. For me, it’s more about responsibility than pressure to stay fit.

Do you have a favourite type of exercise?

I enjoy both gym workouts and yoga. The latter adds a holistic element to my fitness routine, balancing both body and mind.
