St Vivekanand Millennium School, Pinjore

The school will be honoured with the ‘International Green School Award 2024’ in New York. Principal Dr Piyush Punj will receive the award at the 8th NYC Green School Award Conference to be held at the ILR School, Cornell University, on behalf of the school. Organised by Green Mentors Inc, New York, the conference will be part of the ‘New York Climate Week’. It will feature discussions, workshops, student exhibitions, and presentations by speakers addressing the ongoing importance of this critical topic. During the school management committee meeting, president Dr S Kumar was congratulated by the committee members. It was decided unanimously by the school management committee that Dr Piyush Punj would represent the school at New York to receive the award.
