The NSS Wing, Eco Club and Art Department of the school together celebrated Diwali on its premises under the mentorship of Principal Shama Kukkal. A riot of colours was clearly visible as the students were engaged in diya and candle decoration and rangoli-making competition. Besides celebrations, students were also involved in the anti-crackers campaign. They presented poems, speeches and slogans for generating awareness among students on the theme, ‘Green Diwali, Swachh Diwali’. NSS students participated in hospital volunteering services at Ayushmaan Wellness Centre, Sector 41, Badheri, and market cleaning activity at Badheri village. The School Managing Committee and Principal Shama Kukkal congratulated the students and encouraged them to celebrate safe and green Diwali.
