Special Lok Adalat in Hoshiarpur on July 29

Hoshiarpur, July 6

A Special Lok Adalat will be convened by the Supreme Court on July 29 regarding which pre-Lok Adalat Conciliation meetings were being conducted by Raj Pal Rawal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, who is also Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Hoshiarpur, here on Saturday.

In the meeting, the parties whose cases are pending in the Supreme Court have been invited and encouraged to settle their cases in the Special Lok Adalat so that pending cases can be disposed of as soon as possible.

People were told in detail about the benefits of filing a case in the Special Lok Adalat. They said it will save their time and money.

The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, said cases in the Special Lok Adalat that it includes labour related cases, cheque related cases (138 NI Act), accident claim cases (motor accident claims), family law matters, services matters, rent matters, academic matters, maintenance matters, mortgage matters, etc.
