Sonepat MP Satpal Bharamchari intensified the campaign for Congress candidate Sumita Singh Virk in Karnal, urging voters to support Congress for a development-focused future. Addressing a large gathering at Sector 9 Community Centre, Bharamchari emphasised that the Congress, if elected, would fulfil its manifesto promises.

“We will provide Rs 2,000 per month to every woman, Rs 6,000 in old-age pension, and 300 units of free electricity,” Bharamchari stated, outlining benefits aimed at enhancing citizens’ quality of life. He also promised the creation of two lakh permanent jobs based on merit, securing employment opportunities for the youth of Karnal.

Criticising the BJP government for its failure to address unemployment and corruption, Bharamchari highlighted that many young people are being forced to move abroad due to a lack of local opportunities. He further accused the BJP of disrespecting the Brahmin community by sidelining senior leaders like Ram Bilas Sharma and Shashikant Sharma.
