Diwali was celebrated by junior and senior wings on the school premises. Students of all classes from play way to Class VIII took part in activities like making paper diyas, lamps, candles, torans, rangoli and many more with the help of teachers. Students thoroughly enjoyed the activities. A special assembly was conducted by students in which they enacted skits and sang songs on Diwali. Teacher also showed PPT to the students in which they saw the Ramayan. Headmistress Abhilasha Tiwari appreciated the efforts of students and teachers.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
