Kurukshetra: A sewadar, Amreek Singh, at Manji Sahib Gurdwara in Shahabad got stuck at a height of nearly 110 foot after a rope of the pulley system developed a snag when he climbed atop to change the cloth of Nishan Sahib. The sewadar remained stuck in the air for over three hours. Later, the management committee of the gurdwara got a hydraulic crane arranged, with the help of which Amreek was rescued. He said, “I went up there around 8.30 am when the rope got entangled in the pulley and it got stuck. I have performed the sewa a number of times, and I will again perform the sewa after the pulley system is repaired.”
