The YPS Mohali Inter-House Cross Country event took place, with athletes from five houses competing for top honours. Yugansh Sardana of Tagore House claimed the prestigious Milkha Singh Trophy with an impressive time of 22 minutes, 42 seconds, while Sidhak Kaur of Ranjit House earned the PT Usha Trophy with a time of 28 minutes, 21 seconds. Amongst the houses, Atichison House emerged victorious, securing the highest points, followed by Nalagarh House and Patiala House. In the individual categories, standout performances were seen across age groups. Jaskirat Singh of Ranjit House clinched the U-17 boys title with a time of 28 minutes, 28 seconds, while Samreet Kaur, also from Ranjit House, took the U-17 girls crown in 21 minutes, 7 seconds. In the U-14 boys race, Samvardhan Singh Thakur of Nalagarh House finished first with a time of 17 minutes, 37 seconds, while Sehaj Lakhat of Atichison House led the U-14 girls in 15 minutes, 31 seconds. The U-12 Boys race saw Shehjad of Patiala House cross the line in 14 minutes 37 seconds, while Hasita Bansal of Atichison House won the U-12 Girls category with a time of 11 minutes 45 seconds. In the Class V Boys race, Samrath Sandhu from Ranjit House completed the course in 4 minutes 26 seconds, while Ayanna Singh from Atichison House took the win in the Girls race with a time of 6 minutes 27 seconds. In Class IV, Akaal Barcha of Patiala House finished the boys race in 4 minutes 45 seconds, and Arnaaz Kaur from Atichison House claimed victory in the girls race with a time of 4 minutes 59 seconds.
