Yadavindra Public School, Mohali

The school hosted its third annual academic day. Lt Gen Rajesh Pushkar, GOC, 2 Corps, was the chief guest for the occasion. He felicitated the ISC and ICSE toppers for the session 2023-24, by awarding them with medals, a set of books and handsome cash prizes. In addition to this, students with exceptional academic achievements were also honoured. The other trophies presented were: The Air Force Trophy, the Mrinal Dutta Trophy, Inter-House Trophies, the Badhaur Medal and the First Decade Medal. The Director, Maj. Gen. TPS Waraich VSM**, apprised the audience about the progress and achievements of the students and school. The event began with a prayer song and concluded with an energetic 'giddha' and 'bhangra' performance. The YPS Rock Band brought the house down with their peppy numbers. In his address to the gathering, Lt. Gen. Puskar gave an inspiring speech, encouraging the students to dream big and be fearless in life.
