In adherence to the CBSE’s mandate of 50 hours of teacher training, the school organised a capacity building programme on the theme “Happy Classroom”. The programme aimed at empowering teachers with strategies to foster a positive, engaging, and stress-free learning environment. The workshop was graced by two eminent resource persons, Sunita Kumari, Principal of HVM Convent School, Ludhiana, and Dr Nafees Bhambi, Headmistress of KVM School, Ludhiana. They guided the teachers on creating a joyful classroom atmosphere, incorporating emotional intelligence, and addressing students’ psychological needs. Chairman Prof SP Sofat emphasised the importance of such programmes, stating, “A happy classroom not only nurtures the intellectual growth of students but also their emotional well-being. Empowering our teachers with these tools will build a stronger future for our learners.” President Advocate Sanjay Dhand highlighted the school’s commitment to holistic education, adding, “This initiative reflects our dedication to fostering an environment where both teachers and students thrive. Such programmes are crucial in aligning with the CBSE’s vision for quality education.”
