Stepping Stones School and Stepping Stones International celebrated their 41st and 14th Annual Function, respectively, at Tagore Theatre. The show began with the International Wing of Stepping Stones sharing a year’s journey in the school — a journey of growth, discovery, and fulfilment inspired by our motto, “Seek and You Shall Find.” The event began with classes 5i-8i reciting ‘Ganesha Vandana’. Classes 1i-4i girl students kicked off the show, bringing a touch of springtime magic through butterfly dance. Rain dance was presented by students of classes 1i-5i girls. This was followed by a mime performance by boys, a Hindi and English play. The event for the senior wing was based on the theme inspired by Sustainable Development Goals. Girls from classes VI to IX through their classical dance performance (Parivartan) unveiled the arrival of mankind on this earth with all positive energies. This was followed by a mime (Penury) by students of classes VI and VII and an English play ‘A trial in the court of Mother Earth’ by students of Class VIII. Students of classes VII, VIII and IX showcased the changing climate by shaking their legs on a foot-tapping music of a medley. Classes VII and IX staged Hindi play ‘Shiksha Ka Shashktikaran’. Students of Class IX presented a Western dance laying emphasis on inclusive growth followed by a presentation on yoga, taekwondo and gymnastics. Chief guests CA Sahil Khanna for the International Wing and Sudhanshu Shukla, working as a Senior Data Scientist for LTIMINDTREE in Toronto, Canada, for the Main Wing, awarded medals to all meritorious performers from the last academic session. Deputy Director (Academics) Dr Arul Kumar highlighted the achievements of the school in both academic and co-scholastic areas. Principal Anu Kumar thanked the staff and parents for their cooperation.
