Diwali was celebrated on the premises of the school. The last week of October was celebrated with great enthusiasm as festive week by different houses. The programme was celebrated with lighting of auspicious lamp by Principal Bhavna Chibber. Religious songs echoing in the whole arena took everyone to Ayodhya. Skit on Ramanaya’s different phases added cherry to the cake. A quiz on mythology and competitions like rangoli making, bandhanwar, wall decorations were held to make the day more memorable. The management wished everyone a very ‘Happy Diwali’. The management guided the students to celebrate ‘Green Diwali’ to protect environment. Director Kiran Bannerjee gave the message that “we should imbibe moral values of honesty and obedience from the life of Lord Rama”.
