Students of Divinity and Music Department of The school participated in various Gurmat Competitions organised at Gurdwara Harcharan Kamal Sahib, Phase 10, Mohali. The students bagged prizes in Lecture Competition, Dastar Bandi, Shabd Vichaar, Kavita Gayan, Knowledge of Punjabi Language, Gurbani Kanth, Vartalaap, Group Kirtan, Quiz on Sikhism and Individual and Solo Kirtan Muqabla. Students bagged 18 first prizes, 22 second prizes, 16 third prizes, 18 consolation prizes and 10 extra bani prizes, where they were given cash prize and mementos. The school won ‘Overall Trophy’ for the maximum participation and for winning maximum number of prizes. Principal Shama Kukkal expressed her immense pleasure over the victory achieved by the students.
