Indian Revenue Service (Customs and GST) Probationer Devdarshdeep Singh visited his alma mater and had an interaction with his school teachers and students. A 2024 batch officer, who also topped the PCS exam in 2018-19, Devdarshdeep was accompanied by his sister Ravidarshdeep Kaur, an Assistant Professor at Chitkara University, and his brother-in-law Rohtash, Manager, SBI. The latter two also happen to be alumni of the school. Interacting with students, Devdarshdeep said his dedication, hard work and perseverance enabled him to be successful in life. Rohtash, an NIT-Jalandhar graduate, urged the students to work on their soft skills in addition to hard skills. Both also shared memories of their childhood in the school and recalled the contribution of some teachers who are still working in the school for giving them a strong base in education. Principal Satvir Singh Gill and whole staff of the school were present.
