In an inspiring initiative aligned with the National Education Policy-2020, the school organised a vibrant Bag-less Day for classes VI and VII students, aimed at fostering learning through creativity and fun. The highlight of the day was the screening of a movie centred around artificial intelligence and robotics, which not only entertained the students, but also expanded their understanding of technological advancements. In addition to the film screening, students participated in fun games and creative workshops designed to stimulate their imaginative skills. Vice-Principal TK Brar praised the efforts of the CBSE in promoting such initiatives and emphasised the importance of reducing academic pressure on students. Principal/Director Dr SS Brar shared motivational insights with the students, highlighting the necessity of celebrating such bag-less days more frequently.

Pratap Public School, Karnal

A counselling session for Class IX students was held at the school. Prof SS Bargota, retired Principal of Khalsa College, Karnal, and Nirupama Sadar, member of the Child Welfare Council, were the keynote speakers. The session by Prof Bargota focused on instilling values like respecting time, simplicity, compassion, gratitude, and fostering human connections. Students were encouraged to connect with nature and think ambitiously. Nirupana Sadar emphasised the responsible use of technology as a tool, and not a master and conducted a short quiz on road safety. The session left a profound impact, inspiring students to adopt good values and lead balanced lives.
