The school observed ‘Bag-less Days’, fostering creativity, teamwork and practical skills among students, as recommended by the National Education Policy (NEP)-2020. Under the guidance of Principal Ravinder Kumar, the initiative aimed to provide a refreshing break from traditional classroom learning, reducing burden and promoting interactive learning. During the ‘Bag-less Days’, students engaged in diverse activities, including an ‘upcycled’ art workshop using natural materials, traditional and innovative outdoor games promoting teamwork, a first-aid and basic survival skill workshop, and a traditional dance and music workshop exploring diverse regional cultures of India. Principal Ravinder Kumar said, “We’re committed to implementing NEP-2020’s vision. Bag-less Days help our students develop critical thinking, creativity, and social skills, essential for the 21st century.” Vice-Principal Ugra Mohan Yadav said, “This initiative breaks the monotony of regular school routine, showcasing our students’ enthusiasm and talent.”
