Blood of all students was tested in the school by Prayas Samiti, Hamirpur, through Sansad Mobile Health Service. The medical examination of all children from classes I to XII of the school continued for four days. The medical team was led by Dr Pradeep. He said medical examination of total 670 children was done, in which most of the children were found healthy. Some children were found to have deficiency of haemoglobin. Such children have been referred to Civil Hospital, Haroli, or Regional Hospital, Una. He advised children to take nutritious food containing protein, vitamins, etc. Parents were requested to give green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits to their children instead of junk food. The members of the team included staff nurse Preeti and lab officer Manish. Principal Neelam Guleria thanked the medical team.
