The Cub Bulbul Tritiya Charan/Swaran Pankh testing camp was organised at the school. Seven Cubs and six Bulbuls participated in it. Cub Bulbul children participated in the written and oral examination. The inauguration of the programme in the school was done by Principal Dinesh Kumar. In the two-day training camp, children participated in activities related to ‘Efficiency Medal and Cub Bulbul’. In the camp, chief trainer Binder Kumar and trainer Kiran Thakur taught the children about various training activities.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
