Varun Manhas bagged gold medal and silver medal in 100 m and 200 m race in the Zonal Athletics Meet held at Sport Stadium, Sector 78, Mohali. Aditya Sharma of Class XII won silver medal in long jump and gold medal in 800 m, 400 m and relay. Rajkumar of Class XII bagged gold medal in relay and bronze in 200 m race. Vansh Soni of Class XII won gold in relay and silver medals in 800 m and 400m races. Sahibjot Singh bagged silver in 200 m race and Vaibhav Rana of Class XI got bronze medal in 200 m race.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
