Mumbai, December 3

Callido Learning has partnered with IIT Roorkee’s E-Summit to launch an entrepreneurship competition for school students.

The competition is open to all students aged 13 – 18. All participants will be given 10 days of training and mentorship through Clever Harvey’s JuniorCEO programme.

Students will learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship – identifying a market need, designing business models, market sizing, rapid testing and presenting a business pitch.

The finalists will present their ideas in a competition held between January 6 – 10, 2021 before a panel of industry specialists. Winners receive recognition and attractive prizes.

Students will also be able to attend the E-Summit which will have talks by eminent entrepreneurs such as Kunal Bahl of Snapdeal and Ankit Nagori of Curefit.

Speaking about the event, Ram Subramanian, CEO and Co-founder, Clever Harvey, said, "I have had the opportunity to sit in on some of the pitches made by Clever Harvey students. I have been amazed by the creativity, problem-solving and business acumen these teenagers have displayed. It goes to show how much teenagers can unlock with just 10 hours of formal training and mentoring. This partnership with IIT Roorkee’s E-Summit is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain exposure, present in front of industry leaders and learn from the best.”

Students can register for the E-Summit at https://www.iitroorkee-esummit.cleverharvey.com/
