A workshop on ‘Female Health and Hygiene’ was organised at the school. Principal Dr Vinita Kumar Tomar, welcomed chief guest Dr Neha Chauhan by presenting a bouquet. Chief speaker Dr Neha Chauhan addressed the girls. About 250 girls from classes VI to VIII participated in the workshop. She told the girls that feminine hygiene is a fundamental component of women’s health, crucial not only for personal comfort but also for preventing infections and marinating overall wellness. She suggested the girls to wash their hands regularly. It is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs. You should wash your hands before and after using the bathroom, after sneezing and before and after eating food. Dr Neha Chauhan stressed that hygiene is an important aspect of overall health and well-being and this is especially true for women.
