DAV School, New Shimla

The annual school concert was held, showcasing an array of performances by students. The event began with a grand opening by lighting the lamp and welcoming the dignitaries. Students of KG to Class VII participated in a series of performances, including dances, Hindi and English plays, group songs, solo singing, and instrumental presentations. A highlight of the cultural extravaganza was the Principal’s report, where the academic and extracurricular achievements of the students were proudly showcased. The report also emphasised the commendable accomplishments of students at both the school and national levels. In addition to these achievements, the new infrastructure developments at the school were also presented, reflecting the institution’s commitment to growth and progress. Towards the end of the event, the parents were thanked for their continued support throughout the year. All participants were treated to refreshments, and the members of the School Council were honoured with tokens of appreciation from the Principal. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, ending on a positive note with the adage, “All’s well that ends well”.
